1:1 Behavioural Training

Tailored 1:1 training sessions designed to help you and your dog work through specific challenges or goals at your own pace, with expert guidance every step of the way.

UPDATE: I AM CURRENTLY FULL AND NOT TAKING ON NEW 1:1 CLIENTS.

Our 1:1 training sessions are fully tailored to you, your dog, and your lifestyle. Held in the comfort of your home or in a suitable neutral location, these sessions provide focused, flexible support to work through specific behaviours or training goals at your own pace -with expert guidance and no judgment.

Whether you're welcoming a new puppy, managing behaviour changes, or navigating life with kids and dogs under one roof, we’re here to help you build a calm, connected, and confident relationship with your dog. I'm a realistic dog trainer who understands that life is busy, and training needs to fit into real routines - not add more stress to your already full plate.

🌟 Common Topics We Can Cover:

  • Resource Guarding: Support for dogs who guard food, toys, or space

  • Fearfulness or Low Confidence: Building resilience and trust through kind, gradual exposure

  • Excessive Barking: Understanding the cause and using gentle techniques to reduce it

  • Multi-Dog Household Issues: Reducing conflict and promoting harmony between dogs

  • Reactivity (People, Dogs, or Noise): Practical steps to manage and modify reactive behaviours

  • Grooming & Vet Visits: Cooperative care techniques to reduce stress during handling

  • Creating a Calm Household: Supporting relaxation and reducing over-excitement at home

  • Station & Settle Training: Teaching your dog to remain calmly in one spot

  • Rescue Dog Support: Helping new adoptees adjust with structure, comfort, and routine

  • Kids & Dogs Living Together: Teaching safe interactions and boundaries for both species

  • Pet Aversion After Baby: Rebuilding connection and confidence when the bond with your dog has changed

Whether your dog needs a training tune-up or more in-depth behaviour support, we’ll create a plan that works for your dog and your family - because every home is different, and real life isn’t one-size-fits-all.

You MUST book a consultation first, unless we have discussed otherwise. We recommend starting with 3 sessions but the more complicated issues usually require 6 sessions or more.
